Welcome back to the Defiance Bark & Run dog park. We're so happy that you and your

four-legged friend(s) are continuing to enjoy the park! You can either renew your membership here or at Just Dogs Grooming Salon at 131 Broadway Avenue in Defiance. Before you fill out the form, please make sure you have read all of our Rules & Regulations & our Liability Waiver.

Dogs MUST be current on DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies vaccinations.

Dogs MUST have a valid dog license.

Dogs MUST be spayed/neutered.

Absolutely no aggressive dogs allowed in the park.

No children age 12 and under are permitted in the dog park.

Memberships are renewed annually on June 1st regardless of when you purchase.

There is a $3 service fee for credit card transactions.
